Please join us for TEDxTopeka 2017! It will be an evening of great food, amazing speakers, inspirational and thought-provoking talks, and mind-blowing discussion.
“This event is an opportunity for speakers from Topeka and the surrounding areas to share their ideas with a global audience,” said Nathan Morris, TEDxTopeka founder and organizing committee member. “There is truly amazing talent in our community, and we want TEDxTopeka to shine a light on local voices and ideas.”
The independently produced event will be operated under a license from TED, was organized by community volunteers, and aims to start conversations, share ideas, and engage the community.
Registration for event begins at 4:00pm. Event will begin around 5:00pm.
The first half of the event will consist of three speakers, one streamed TED talk, and an art performance. Dinner will be served at approximately 6:30pm. The second half of the event will begin around 7:30pm, and will consist of three speakers, one streamed TED talk, and an art performance.
Speakers and artists will be available after the event in the lobby.
